R114 NARROW/WIDE PADS
At HiSpec Motorsport, we class pads into 3 groups: Road use, Fast Road/Track use and Racing pads.
EBC pads are good for road use, they protect the wheels from dust and work hard to stop pads from squealing.
Ferodo DS2500 and Mintex 1144/1155 are good for fast road/track use, they can occasionally
produce more squeal but are good, high performance pads.
Ferodo DS3000 and Mintex F2/F4 are high performance racing pads.
Please note that Mintex pad numbers are changing.
1144/1155/1166 are being phased out and superceded by 1801/1802/1805.
